This 1,000+ sqm hub offers world-class ski training, curated retail (AKENZ streetwear, THE WHIP snowboards, RAW J yoga), AI fitness (FITURE), and ALGABRAIST coffee. Designed for all-day community engagement, its activated facade showcases ski lessons via one-way mirrors, captivating mall visitors. A modular "gallery corridor" links zones while amplifying brand synergies like RAW J yoga and FITURE. Unified materials and lighting harmonize diverse functions — from sauna/steam rooms to pop-up retail — creating a dynamic sports destination that promotes athletic joy across generations.

This 1,000+ sqm destination transforms alpine adrenaline into an accessible city experience, blending world-class ski training with curated retail, AI fitness, and wellness — all designed for full-day engagement across generations.

Activated Architecture & Spatial Journey
The space commands attention with an innovative facade facing the office drop-off zone. One-way mirrors place ski simulators on dramatic display, turning training sessions into live theater for mall visitors. Trainers focus undisturbed while spectators glimpse the action—a magnetic spectacle that merges exhibitionism with voyeurism. Set back from the walkway, the recessed entrance creates a natural amphitheater for impromptu gatherings, igniting curiosity before visitors step inside.

Within, an irregular layout unfolds as a journey of discovery. A luminous "gallery corridor" connects Algebraist coffee to the retail heartland, crowned by a waffle ceiling filtering diffuse overhead light. Here, directional lighting highlights modular displays built from industrial components — versatile enough for seasonal pop-ups or brand collaborations. This corridor strategically pairs RAW J (Shanghai’s pioneering yoga brand) with FITURE’s AI fitness mirrors, merging mindful movement with tech-driven training to promote holistic wellness.

Curated Brand Ecosystems
The central retail zone features AKENZ’s elevated streetwear curation, where global sportswear icons intersect with emerging designers. Adjacent, THE WHIP by OVERIDE HALO revolutionizes snowboard design with cutting-edge engineering, while Helly Hansen anchors performance outerwear. Each brand zone uses tailored material highlights within the unified industrial palette (raw steel, textured concrete, warm timber), ensuring distinct identities harmonize into a cohesive narrative.

The design intentionally blurs boundaries: a parent watches their child’s ski lesson while sipping Algebraist coffee; friends compare THE WHIP boards after yoga sessions.
