Interlace is the final installation of the Shanghai Fashion Weekend, an art piece that marks the exit front eh over 3,000 sqm exhibition space, leading visitors out through the east courtyard garden. The woven material an allegory to that of woven clothing, in this instance a very modern bright material entwined with the old of the Shanghai Exhibition Center - perhaps a metaphor for the Shanghai where old historic and futuristic live cheek by jowl.
